Lutefisk has Competition
Ed's wife tonight threw an authentic Eskimo dinner complete with baked salmon, dried salmon, seal blubber, seal meat and something else I couldn't quite understand. The texture was a little off but I could keep it all down.

I told you I was going to start reading your blog. Man it sounds like you've had quite a lot of adventure. Alaska looks beautiful! A bit jealous over here, but how jealous can I be when I get to see the most beautiful site everyday...yep, my son! haha! Annoying mom, eh? Well glad things are great. I miss chatting with you.
